ORDERING
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders leave our warehouse 1-2 business days after they are placed. Following a holiday weekend, sale or a new product launch, we might need a couple extra days to catch up with packing
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, and you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away at info@wilderdog.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but item changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted!
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, and you need to change your address, please email info@wilderdog.com, and include the alternative address. If your order has already left our warehouse, it’s too late to change the shipping address!
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, ApplePay, Google Pay, Meta Pay & Gift Cards.
Does Wilderdog do custom orders?
We do not offer customization for individual items. If you’re looking to collaborate on a larger project, please reach out to us at info@wilderdog.com!

How do I redeem a gift card?
All Gift Cards are digital! You can redeem your Gift Card by entering the code provided via email into the Gift Card field during checkout.
When will a specific size/color be restocked?
We work hard to replenish all out-of-stock items as quickly as possible, but we don’t always have exact dates for specific items. If you’re waiting on a specific item, be sure to click ‘Notify Me When Available’ on the product’s page, and sign up to receive an email when it’s back in stock!
Do you have products available that are not listed on your site?
The only products we have for sale are all listed on the site. If you don’t see it for sale, we don’t have any! We always announce new products and back-in-stock colors, so be sure to Join the Pack and follow us on Instagram - @wilderdog

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website.
How long will delivery take?
Timing of delivery is dependent on the shipping speed selected at checkout and the order’s final destination. Please visit our Shipping Info Page for more information on shipping timeframes!
EXCHANGES
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to complete a return or exchange.
How do I start a Return or Exchange?

How long does it take to receive an exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to a week for us to process your exchange request. Once your request is approved, you can expect your exchange item to ship within 1-2 business days!
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to a week for us to process your refund request. Once your request is approved, it can take up to 10 additional days for your bank or payment company to process the refund back to your card or account.
Do you accept used gear for exchange or refund?
All returned items must be in NEW condition. All fur needs to be removed in order to receive a full refund. Dirty, furry, or damaged returns are not eligible for refund or exchange. They will be shipped back to you at your expense OR will be donated to a local shelter if not reclaimed within 30 days.
PRODUCT SUPPORT
Lifetime warranty? For real?
Yes, as long as you use the dog gear like you would use any other dog gear! Any product that shows obvious signs of chew damage will not be covered. Please visit our Lifetime Warranty page to open a warranty claim.
My gear is filthy! Can I wash it?
You sure can! Wash rope products by hand in your bathtub or a bucket. Use warm water and mild soap (not detergent), swish, then drain. Repeat until the water runs clean. Hang to dry uncoiled, away from direct sunlight. For all other products, wash on ‘gentle’ with no or low heat and hang to dry.
Why does my product look different from the ones in the photos?
We work hard to ensure the digital representation of a product is as close to the original as possible. However, individual device settings can distort the appearance of colors, so the actual item may vary slightly in color to what you see on your computer or phone screen.

Wilderdog is now the official name of the former Wolfpack Supply! Who knew the word 'wolfpack' could be trademarked? We didn't. Wilderdog is the same products, same people, same dogs, and same adventures as always.
Do you really donate a pound of kibble for every order placed?
Yes, we do! We wholeheartedly believe that every shelter dog deserves to be adopted. Because we can't take them all home, we're on a mission to feed as many as possible while they wait for their forever families. Please visit our Purchase for a Pound page to learn more!
