Great for dogs that do not pull
Slip lead is great if you know how to use it. As a dog trainer and experienced handler I believe it is a great training tool when used correctly. I also use it for my service dog when traveling since it has no metal, it is my go-to leash for airports!

Great Slip Lead
I work at a dog daycare/training facility, and a good slip lead is one of my daily tools of the trade. I like the bunched up rope handle, and the length! Perfect for wrangling many different breeds of dog. (And of course it works great with my own dog!)

Honest Review
Gotta be honest and I don't love these lip leads. I've used a lot of slips between my 2 dogs and dog walking at the shelter. These are just way too thick. From what I understand, the purpose of a slip is to be able to create some pressure around the dogs neck if/when needed to communicate and because of the thickness I don't know that these do that in the same way as other slips work - also because fo the huge knot. They are also too short. I unknotted the top knot to give more length but they are still too short for my tastes. And the material is just scratchy. I realize they are suppose to be heavy duty but when the leash rubs up against you it's just scratchy. I bought 2 of these for my 2 dogs and wish i would have returned them but didn't get around to it. Maybe someone else enjoys this style of slip but it's not really for me.
